Sacramentopartybuscompany.com is not a bus company. No account required, no callbacks to wait on, no describing your trip five times to five different companies.

Modern Onboard Bus Amenities for Your Woodland Trip
The right amenities depend on the trip. A party bus headed to a Sacramento Kings game comes loaded with color-changing LED lighting, a premium Bluetooth sound system, flat-panel TVs, and wraparound perimeter seating. A minibus shuttling wedding guests between a Woodland ceremony and a Natomas reception venue prioritizes reclining seats and powerful A/C — exactly what you want when the Central Valley heat is in full effect in June or July.
For large corporate groups or longer hauls — say, a Woodland company shuttling employees to a San Francisco conference — a 56-passenger charter bus with undercarriage luggage bays, onboard restrooms, WiFi, and overhead storage makes the most sense. Whatever the trip calls for, you can compare amenities side by side through the quote tool before committing to anything. Call 279-238-7410 and a support team will walk you through the options.

How Much to Rent a Party Bus in Woodland?
Party bus and charter bus rental prices in Woodland vary based on vehicle type, your date, and how long you need the bus. To give you a planning baseline: a minibus typically runs $200–$275 per hour on weekends, while a 25-passenger party bus generally falls in the $275–$375 per hour range on a Saturday night. A full-size charter bus for a longer group transfer comes in around $200–$350 per hour depending on the date and duration.
Those are planning ranges — the real rate for your specific trip moves with the date, the vehicle, and how far out you book. Prom weekends in May, summer concert season at Toyota Amphitheatre, and Aftershock Festival in October all push demand up fast across the Sacramento market, which means Woodland groups booking those dates should move early. For pricing on your trip, fill out the quick online form or call 279-238-7410 — you'll have pricing for your trip in about a minute.

Find the Right Woodland Party Bus in Minutes
Here's the honest answer: because it's faster and easier than every other way to find a bus. The traditional approach — Googling local companies, calling during business hours, describing your trip from scratch each time, waiting on callbacks, then trying to compare quotes that never quite line up — takes days. Sacramentopartybuscompany.com collapses that into one quick form and a results page with vehicles, pictures, and pricing side by side. No account needed, no commitment, no pressure.
And because this is a comparison website, not a single-fleet bus company, you're not stuck with whatever one operator happens to have available on your date. The network covers Woodland, all of Yolo County, the greater Sacramento metro, and beyond — so if your date is tight or your group is unusually large, there are more options to pull from. A support team is available every day of the year at 279-238-7410 if you'd rather talk through the options.
Either way, getting started takes about a minute.
Woodland Party Bus Services for Your Event
From airport transfers and wedding shuttles to concert runs, bachelorette parties, prom nights, sports travel, corporate shuttles, and wine country tours — whatever brings your group together, there's a bus in the network ready for it. Call 279-238-7410 and get your group moving!

Woodland Airport Shuttles & Transportation
Sacramento International Airport (SMF) (6900 Airport Blvd, Sacramento, CA 95837) sits just 10 miles south of Woodland on I-5 — a straight shot that sounds easy until your group has 20 people, 20 bags, and a 6am departure. Coordinating that many cars into short-term parking during a peak travel morning adds up fast: SMF's daily parking rate runs $22 per day in the garage, which means 8 cars on a 7-day trip is over $1,200 before you factor in gas. A Woodland airport shuttle bus keeps the whole group together, loads luggage into undercarriage bays, and drops everyone at Departures curbside — one clean run instead of a caravan.
For arrivals, the process is straightforward: have your group collect bags and assemble at the Baggage Claim level before your bus is called to the curb. SMF's commercial pickup area is on the lower-level roadway. Check the Sacramento airport transportation guide for detailed pickup logistics, and call 279-238-7410 to get a Woodland airport shuttle quote for your travel dates.

Woodland Bachelor & Bachelorette Transportation
The standard Woodland bachelorette itinerary runs straight into Sacramento — Midtown bar crawls along R Street or K Street, late nights at venues in the DOCO entertainment district, or dinner in East Sacramento before hitting the clubs. Parking in Midtown on a Friday or Saturday night is genuinely miserable: street meters enforce until 10pm, private lots fill by 9pm, and rideshare surge pricing kicks in right around last call when your whole group is trying to get back to the hotel.
A party bus rental out of Woodland handles all of it. The group loads up at one address, hits every stop on the itinerary, and rides back together when the night wraps — no designated driver conversation, no surge pricing, no splitting up into three separate cars because the rideshare app only showed sedans. A 20- or 25-passenger party bus comes with LED lighting, Bluetooth sound, a full-length bar area, and wraparound seating.
Check out bachelorette transportation options or call 279-238-7410 to check availability for your date.

Woodland Birthday, Sweet 16, & Quinceañera Party Bus Rentals
A party bus arrival is one of the most memorable parts of a Sweet 16 or quinceañera celebration — and Woodland families planning these events often look at reception venues across Yolo and Sacramento counties, from Woodland's own event halls to larger banquet venues in West Sacramento or Natomas. Getting 20 to 40 guests between a ceremony location and a reception site without a carpool scramble is exactly the kind of logistics problem a minibus or party bus solves cleanly.
For the birthday group heading to Sacramento for a night out — dinner in Midtown, then a venue in DOCO or the R Street corridor — a 20- or 25-passenger party bus keeps everyone together and the energy up from the first pickup to the last drop-off. Woodland birthday party bus rentals are available in a range of sizes; the online quote tool shows you options for your exact headcount in under 30 seconds. Call 279-238-7410 for help matching the right vehicle to your celebration.

Woodland Concert Transportation & Shuttles
Most of the region's major concert venues are in Sacramento — and the drive from Woodland is short enough that groups try to do it themselves, then discover the parking situation the hard way. Toyota Amphitheatre in Wheatland (2677 Forty Mile Rd, Wheatland, CA 95692) draws 18,500 fans per show, and the approach via Highway 65 turns into a single-lane crawl hours before gates open. Golden 1 Center (500 David J Stern Walk, Sacramento, CA 95814) is right in downtown Sacramento with no dedicated parking structure attached — the closest garages fill fast on show nights, and the walk from remote lots can run 10–15 minutes each way.
A Woodland concert bus rental takes the whole equation off your plate. Your group loads up in Woodland, rides together, and gets dropped at the venue entrance while everyone else is still hunting for a spot. The ride back is already handled — no scrambling for rideshares when 18,000 people try to leave at the same time.
Summer concert season and Aftershock Festival in October are the busiest booking periods; call 279-238-7410 early if your date falls in either window.

Woodland Corporate Event Transportation
Woodland has a significant agricultural and food-processing industry base, and corporate groups here regularly need transportation to Sacramento convention venues, Bay Area meetings, or regional facilities spread across Yolo and Sacramento counties. The Sacramento Convention Center (1400 J St, Sacramento, CA 95814) is 17 miles from Woodland via I-5 — manageable for one car, a real coordination headache for 40 employees.
A charter bus handles the full shuttle loop: hotel pickup in Woodland, drop-off at the Convention Center's L Street bus zone, and a staged return run after sessions end. For smaller executive groups moving between Woodland and Sacramento office locations, a Sprinter van covers the route efficiently with leather seating and individual climate control. A Woodland corporate event bus eliminates the parking cost at Sacramento venues — Convention Center garage rates run up to $25 per day — and keeps your team on the same schedule instead of arriving in waves.
Call 279-238-7410 to set up corporate shuttle pricing.

Woodland Private Event Transportation Services
Family reunions, church retreats, club outings, and charity events in Woodland often involve moving a large group between multiple locations across Yolo County — and a bus solves the "who's driving?" problem that inevitably comes up when 35 people need to be in the same place at the same time. The California State Fair at Cal Expo (1600 Exposition Blvd, Sacramento, CA 95815) runs late July through mid-August and draws massive crowds to the Exposition Boulevard corridor — parking at Cal Expo costs $15–$25 per event day, and traffic on Business 80 backs up significantly on weekend afternoons.
A charter bus from Woodland drops your group at the Cal Expo gate and picks everyone up at an agreed time, so nobody gets stranded waiting for a rideshare in 100-degree heat. For groups heading to the Capay Valley for a private event or outdoor gathering, a minibus handles the winding two-lane roads of County Road 16 better than a caravan of personal vehicles trying to park at a farm venue. Call 279-238-7410 to talk through your event itinerary and get a quote matched to your headcount.

Woodland Homecoming & Prom Party Bus Rentals
Prom season in the Woodland Unified School District runs late April through May, and it overlaps almost perfectly with the wider Sacramento metro prom rush — which means bus availability across the region tightens fast. Woodland High School and Pioneer High School both hold proms within that same narrow window, and groups that wait until March to book often find their preferred vehicle size already gone or priced significantly higher.
For prom: book by January. The price difference between a December booking and a last-minute April booking on a 20- or 25-passenger party bus can easily run $400–$600 more for the same vehicle and hours. Sacramentopartybuscompany.com makes it easy to lock in your date early — no account required, no pressure, just a straightforward quote you can lock in ahead of the rush. Check Woodland prom party bus options or call 279-238-7410 the moment your date is set.

Woodland School Event & Field Trip Transportation
Teachers and trip organizers in the Woodland Unified School District have straightforward access to some of California's best educational field trip destinations — and a charter bus makes the logistics manageable without the complexity of coordinating parent carpools and personal vehicles. The California Museum (1020 O St, Sacramento, CA 95814) in downtown Sacramento is 18 miles from Woodland, and the Crocker Art Museum (216 O St, Sacramento, CA 95814) sits right next to it — easy to combine into a single-day Sacramento field trip with a charter bus handling both pickups and drop-offs.
ADA-accessible buses are available through the network; mention the need when you request your quote. Charter buses serving school groups include overhead storage for backpacks and lunches, climate control for summer and spring trips, and — on select vehicles — onboard restrooms that eliminate roadside stops on longer hauls to destinations like Muir Woods or the Bay Area science museums. Call 279-238-7410 to get school trip pricing, and have your headcount and date ready for the fastest possible quote.

Woodland Sporting Event Transportation
The Sacramento Republic FC, Sacramento Kings, and Sacramento River Cats all play within 20 miles of Woodland — close enough that groups try to drive themselves, far enough that the post-game traffic situation catches first-timers off guard. Sutter Health Park (400 Ballpark Dr, West Sacramento, CA 95691) is actually closer to Woodland than downtown Sacramento — about 12 miles via I-5 — but parking on Ballpark Drive fills up before first pitch, and the bridge corridors between West Sacramento and downtown back up after the final out.
Golden 1 Center in downtown Sacramento presents a different challenge: the arena has no attached parking structure, and the closest surface lots and garages run $20–$40 on game nights. A Sacramento Kings charter bus from Woodland drops your group at the arena's main entrance on David J Stern Walk, and the pickup is already arranged before you walk in — no app-hunting for rideshares when 17,000 people pour out at once. Check the Woodland sporting event page or call 279-238-7410 to lock in game-day transportation.

Woodland Wedding Transportation & Shuttle Service
Woodland and the surrounding Yolo County area have a growing roster of wedding venues — from historic downtown Woodland event spaces to farm-style properties along County Road 98 and into the Capay Valley. The logistics challenge for weddings in this area is often the gap between where guests are staying (most hotel inventory is in Woodland itself, or in West Sacramento and Natomas) and where the ceremony and reception are being held, which can easily be 20–35 minutes apart by car.
A wedding shuttle bus closes that gap cleanly. A minibus running a loop between a Woodland hotel block and a Capay Valley venue keeps guests on schedule, eliminates drunk-driving concerns on the return trip, and removes the parking problem at farm venues that simply don't have enough lot space for 80 personal vehicles. A 14-passenger Sprinter limo handles the bridal party separately with leather seating and privacy windows for getting-ready photos.
See the full Woodland wedding transportation options, or call 279-238-7410 to build a custom shuttle plan around your venue and guest count.

Woodland Winery Tour & Pub Crawl Transportation
Woodland is the gateway to the Capay Valley wine region — one of California's most underrated appellations, tucked into the coastal range about 35 miles northwest of town via Highway 16. Cache Creek Vineyards and Winery (14505 Highway 16, Guinda, CA 95637), Turkovich Family Wines (15 Main St, Woodland, CA 95695), and the cluster of small-production wineries along County Road 78 near Brooks make for a full afternoon of tasting without crossing into Napa traffic.
The problem with self-driving a Capay Valley wine tour is Highway 16 itself — a two-lane road with limited shoulder, steep canyon grades past Rumsey, and no cell service through long stretches. Getting a group of 10 or 15 people through four or five tasting rooms and back safely requires a bus. A minibus or Sprinter van handles the route well, fits easily in small ranch-style parking areas, and keeps the whole group on the same itinerary instead of splitting between designated drivers.
Check Woodland winery tour bus options or call 279-238-7410 to get the right vehicle for your tasting day.

Frequently Asked Questions About Woodland Party Bus Rentals
How does this website work?
Sacramentopartybuscompany.com helps you compare bus rental options; it is not the bus company and does not rent, own, or operate vehicles. You compare the options and book through the process shown with your quote.
What is Sacramentopartybuscompany.com?
Sacramentopartybuscompany.com is a quote-comparison website for group transportation — not a bus company, not an operator. It lets you search party buses, charter buses, minibuses, and Sprinter vans serving Woodland and the Sacramento metro through one quick form, then compare vehicles and rates from independently owned transportation companies in the network. No account required, no commitment until you're ready to book, and a support team at 279-238-7410 available every day of the year.
How does Sacramentopartybuscompany.com work?
Fill out the online quote form with your date, group size, and pickup and drop-off locations. In under 30 seconds, you'll see available vehicles, photos, and pricing from transportation companies serving your area — all in one place. You can also call 279-238-7410 any time to get a quote over the phone; the support team can walk you through options and put together a package based on your exact itinerary.
How much does a party bus cost in Woodland?
Party bus rental prices in Woodland vary based on vehicle type, date, and hours needed. As a planning baseline: a minibus typically runs $200–$275 per hour on weekends; a 25-passenger party bus falls in the $275–$375 per hour range on a Saturday night; a full-size charter bus comes in around $200–$350 per hour. These are ranges, not quotes — real pricing for your specific trip depends on the date, demand, and vehicle.
Fill out the quick form or call 279-238-7410 to get a quote for your trip in about a minute.
How far is Woodland from Sacramento, and does that affect my rental?
Woodland is approximately 15–18 miles northwest of downtown Sacramento via I-5, which translates to about 20–25 minutes under normal conditions. Most Woodland party bus rentals include pickup and drop-off within the Woodland/Sacramento corridor without a significant distance surcharge. If your trip involves a longer haul — say, to Toyota Amphitheatre in Wheatland (about 45 miles) or to a Bay Area destination — the total mileage and hours factor into the rate.
Your quote will reflect your actual itinerary, so the number you get is specific to your route.
What venues and destinations do Woodland buses serve?
Buses from the network serve destinations all across Northern California — Golden 1 Center and Sutter Health Park in Sacramento, Toyota Amphitheatre in Wheatland, the Cal Expo fairgrounds, Capay Valley wineries, Sacramento International Airport, and venues across Yolo, Sacramento, Placer, and Solano counties. For longer trips to the Bay Area or Napa Valley, a charter bus with onboard restrooms and luggage storage is the right vehicle. Call 279-238-7410 and describe your destination — the support team will match you to the right option.
What's the best vehicle for a small group from Woodland?
For groups of 10–14, a Sprinter van or Sprinter limo covers most local trips efficiently. Groups of 15–25 fit well in a party bus or minibus — the party bus is the right call for nightlife and celebration trips; the minibus works better for corporate shuttles, wedding guests, or school events where a quieter ride is the point. Groups of 30 or more should look at a 40- or 56-passenger charter bus, especially for longer hauls with luggage.
The online quote tool shows you available options for your exact headcount automatically.
Can I book a one-way bus from Woodland to Sacramento?
Yes — one-way transfers are available. Common uses include airport runs to SMF, drop-offs at a Sacramento venue before guests find their own way back, or shuttling employees to a conference with return transportation handled separately. One-way pricing is generally lower than a round-trip or hourly block, and the quote form captures your trip type so the pricing reflects your actual itinerary.
Call 279-238-7410 to confirm one-way availability on your date.
How far in advance should I book?
For most Woodland trips, two to four weeks of lead time is workable outside of peak periods. But peak periods in this market are real and they fill fast: prom season (late April–May), summer concert season at Toyota Amphitheatre (June–September), Aftershock Festival in October, and the California State Fair in late July through mid-August all compress availability across the entire Sacramento network. For any of those dates, book at least three to four months out.
For prom specifically — book in January or accept whatever's left in April.
Popular Woodland Party Bus Destinations
Woodland groups travel to destinations all across Yolo and Sacramento counties and beyond — from downtown Sacramento arenas and concert venues to Capay Valley wine country and the fairgrounds at Cal Expo. Here are six destinations that Woodland party buses head to most often, with the logistical details worth knowing before you go.

Golden 1 Center
Golden 1 Center (500 David J Stern Walk, Sacramento, CA 95814) is the home of the Sacramento Kings and one of the region's top concert venues, holding just over 17,500 for basketball and configured differently for major touring acts. The arena sits in the heart of downtown Sacramento with no attached parking structure — the closest public options are the Downtown Commons (DOCO) garage and a handful of surface lots along 5th and 7th Streets that run $20–$40 on event nights and sell out well before tip-off. Rideshare pickup after games backs up on J Street and Capitol Mall for 30–45 minutes post-buzzer.
A charter bus from Woodland drops your group on David J Stern Walk steps from the main entrance and picks everyone up at a pre-arranged time — no app-hunting, no circling. See the full Golden 1 Center bus rental guide for drop-off logistics and parking details.

Sutter Health Park
Sutter Health Park (400 Ballpark Dr, West Sacramento, CA 95691) is home to the Sacramento River Cats, the Triple-A affiliate of the San Francisco Giants, and it's actually closer to Woodland than most Sacramento venues — about 12 miles south via I-5. That proximity makes groups think they can manage it in personal vehicles, which works fine in April but becomes a real problem by July when weekend games sell out and Ballpark Drive is gridlocked an hour before first pitch. On-site parking costs $10–$12 per car, and the lots adjacent to the stadium fill well before game time.
A bus from Woodland drops your group at the Ballpark Drive main entrance and stages nearby, making the post-game exit clean even when the lots are jammed. Read the Sutter Health Park transportation guide for current drop-off and bus staging details.

Toyota Amphitheatre
Toyota Amphitheatre (2677 Forty Mile Rd, Wheatland, CA 95692) is Northern California's largest outdoor concert venue at 18,500 capacity, and it presents one of the most challenging group transportation puzzles in the region. The venue is located in Wheatland, roughly 45 miles northeast of Woodland via I-5 and Highway 65 — a route that turns into a single-lane crawl on the 65 for miles in each direction on show nights. Parking on-site costs $20–$30 per car, and the post-show exit can hold groups in lots for 45 minutes or more.
A Woodland charter bus gets your group there without anyone watching the fuel gauge on the crawl home, and the Toyota Amphitheatre bus rental guide has the specific approach routes and drop-off points worth reviewing before your show date.

Capay Valley Wineries
The Capay Valley — accessible from Woodland via Highway 16 west through Esparto and Guinda — is home to a cluster of small-production wineries that pour some of California's most interesting Rhône-style reds and estate whites. Cache Creek Vineyards and Winery (14505 Highway 16, Guinda, CA 95637) is the largest operation in the valley, with a full tasting room and picnic grounds. Turkovich Family Wines (15 Main St, Woodland, CA 95695) offers tasting right in downtown Woodland as a starting point before heading west.
The road into the upper valley beyond Rumsey is a winding two-lane route through Capay Canyon with no cell coverage and almost no shoulder — not the right road for a caravan of cars after two hours of tasting. A minibus or Sprinter van handles the route safely, fits into small ranch-style parking areas, and keeps the whole group on the same itinerary from the first pour to the last. Check the wine country bus rental guide for regional context.

Cal Expo and the California State Fair
The California State Fair at Cal Expo (1600 Exposition Blvd, Sacramento, CA 95815) runs from late July through mid-August and is one of the Sacramento region's highest-traffic events — drawing over 500,000 visitors across its run. Cal Expo sits on Business 80 in Sacramento, about 18 miles from Woodland, and on weekend afternoons the Exposition Boulevard corridor backs up in both directions. On-site parking runs $15–$25 per event day, cash and credit accepted at the gate.
The fairgrounds are large — walking from the main parking lot to the livestock barns or the concert stage at the end of the fair can be a half-mile in 100-degree heat. A charter bus from Woodland drops your group at the fairgrounds gate, and the return pickup is already arranged so nobody's standing in the heat waiting for a rideshare to accept the trip. Read the full Cal Expo bus rental guide before your visit.

Woodland Opera House
The Woodland Opera House (340 Second St, Woodland, CA 95695) is a California Historic Landmark — one of the oldest continuously operated theaters in the state, originally built in 1885 and fully restored. It seats approximately 400 and hosts a year-round calendar of live theater, music, and community events right in the heart of downtown Woodland at Second and Dead Cat Alley. Parking downtown on event nights is limited to street meters and a small city lot off Main Street; the city's downtown parking is a few blocks away and fills on sold-out show nights.
For groups coming in from outlying areas — Davis, West Sacramento, or rural Yolo County — a minibus that drops at the Second Street entrance and picks up after curtain call removes the parking equation entirely. Call 279-238-7410 to arrange transportation for your group's Opera House event.
